Group Term Life Insurance

Taxes are only one of two certainties in life.  Add peace of mind to the list of certainties and be sure that no matter what happens to you, your family will be taken care of with Group Term Life Coverage:

• Maximum amount of coverage $500,000.  Spouses also eligible up to $500,000.  Dependent children coverage $10,000.
• Optional Accidental Death & Dismemberment to $500,000.
• New members’ up to age 60 applying within 90 days of membership may apply for the guaranteed issue amount up to $100,000 with no medical underwriting.
• Survivor Benefit Plan available to provide your beneficiary with income.
• Waiver of premium after 6 months of disability if you become totally disabled before age 60.
